558733 Modify PHP Script

I need someone to modify my lstings on www.buysitessellsites.com. Right now on the listing pages theirs a button that says Make Offer. I need to have it say Email User. Unlike before user wont have to login to email user. When you click email user button it will send you to a simple form where you enter your email address and message to email user about there listing. I also want the listings to have other contact info like skype, icq, aol, yahoo messenger etc. I want to make it so people don't have to login to message users. Also a day before the listings expire the user will get an email saying your listing on [login to view URL] is going to expire tomorrow please repost your listing here, they will be sent to there listing where they can press a repost listing button which reposts the listing for an additional length of time and puts the listing back on the front page.
