PAYMENT GATEWAY FOR SUBSCRIPTION –
A)MEMBER SIDE PROCESS-
Home page – clicks on fregister – message pops up giving subscription plans- continue button (after reading that “footloose no more is a PAID SITE” and you should only register if you are OK with that” – member clicks “OK” – Fregister process starts – member completes Fregister process – last message to him/her – “you have suceessfully registered.
You will get a screening call from us within 4 weeks.
If you are approved post that, you will have to choose your subscription and make payments.
Once the payments have been received, you will receive a password and a welcome letter in your mail.
B) STEP 2 – ADMIN SIDE PROCESS-
Admin/moderator – checks the form- calls them – asks for documents – approves –
An email goes to the approved member with the “link” of the payment gateway –
Message goes along with it –
“congratulations! You have been approved to be a member of footloose no more.com.
Kindly click on the link below to enter the “payment gateway” to choose your subscription & complete your registration process.
C) Step 3 – MEMBER SIDE PROCESS (PART 2)
Member gets the above said message – clicks on link to payment gateway – taken to gateway – chooses subscription – makes payment – Gets invoice- message appears –
“thank you for your payment.
Your password has been mailed to you.
If you do not receive it in 3 working days, kindly get in touch with us on …contact details.
Give member an acknowledgement number/invoice number.
D)ADMIN SIDE – PART 2
Admin receives the notification of the money credited – auto approves member.
Member receives the password- starts using site.
THIS PROCESS NEEDS TO BE INTEGRATED INTO THE MANAGING OF SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE. HOW CAN WE DO THAT?
This means that when the subscription is coming to an end , the site must send the auto message reminding the member of it as well as the admin of it.
If subscription is not renewed, suspend account and mail member.
Also if a member’s subscription lapses for non payment and then he/she renews after a gap of a month, can he/she use the same password or is a new password generated.
