I'm looking for someone who can help me make a simple eBay END LISTING and QTY adjustment programme/software search by Custom Labels.
Example Custom Labels:
Each AAA or BBB or CCC.... is an individual item. if AAA+BBB, meaning that this eBay listing consist of 2 item.
This is how all my Custom Labels are written across all my eBay account.
I'm managing a few eBay accounts and need to stop and change quantity on a few item when they run out of stock.
I already have a low stock alert software.
Now I need a software that can search all my listing with that Custom Labels.
We have been inform that product BBB has only 3 item in stock left.
There maybe 5 or 6 listing running across all my eBay account with the custom labels. To avoid overselling the software will first tell me which 1 of the 5 or 6 listing has the latest sale made. Then end the rest of the listing and keep the single listing that just recently made a sale. And finally adjust the quantity manually in the software to 3 pcs as we only have 3pcs left.
The purpose of this software/programme is to:
never oversell an item over a few eBay accounts by ending all the other listing before stock reach 0.
saves time as not having to log in and out across all accounts and search for the item manually
adjust the right quantity on the final eBay listing for the remaining stock so that no stock are being left out.
Anyone with experience on eBay API should have no problem having the job done.
Just to make sure you understand my requirement before bidding on my job.
This software/programme must be able to:
locate all the custom labels even on a bundle item "BBB" (BBB, AAA+BBB , DDD+BBB, BBB+CCC)
locate the single listing from the search list result that just made a sales most recently
adjust that particular listing quantity to the stock remaining (enter manually)
end the rest of the listing which consist of that custom labels.
I have no eBay sandbox for you to test on, so you should have your own or are already familiar with eBay API.
A few more eBay project to come if this job is done neatly.
