instagram bulk user manager

I have a lot of users i run on instagram. I need a simple software that can help me manage them: 1. i should be able to load the users (user name and password) from a text file 2. it should handel thousends of users. 3. i should be able to like a specific picture and able to select how many users will like it . 4. i should be able to bulk follow a user and again select how many users will follow all need to be under the terms of instagram without getting me or my users beeing blocked. thank you
