Kijiji Reposter Program

Hello, I post many ads on [login to view URL] . The problem I face is that I want to post the same ad in other cities on [login to view URL] and that would be very tedious and also kijiji does not allow duplicate ads on their site. Also, the ads end at up at the last page very quickly and to keep it at the top you must delete and repost the ad. Now this is where I program can help. I want a simple program that will delete my ads and repost them over a scheduled time period. And also spin ads (creating different copies of the same ad) and post them in other cities.
