Make Paypal IPN for 1-up script

I have a 1-up powerline script with a membership back office, admin area where I can choose my compensationplan etc.

Here is the script I bought:

My site is a pro only site, so only pro members can sign in and get the product I'm selling. When people sign up through paypal, I need to manually log into the admin area to upgrade their account.

There is an IPN integration for Payza that to automatically upgrade people after thy have payd, but the auto-upgrade of paying members is not working for paypal.

I need someone to make a new script for paypal.
