We are a manufacturer of steel and hydraulic trailers. We need software that can take the current manual system to a computerised one.
Currently when a job comes in we take the order manually with a pen and a form and then we photocopy this form and place it out on the job. Once the job is finished, we use an accounting software package called MYOB and do the invoice. We use excel to track the number of jobs that we have completed. There are too many labour intensive steps and we need to somehow find a programme that allows us to get rid of excel and to collect all our data as well as print the jobs out on forms for the factory.
