We need someone to create software that is completely tailor-made to our business needs. Essentially, we are a residential development company and the software would be our database of all clients, past and present as well as all properties/estates/developments.
The information it needs to track is quite extensive.
- Client details i.e. Name, phone, address etc.
- Details of all invested parties - i.e. solicitors, referrers, builders etc.
- Details of the property/estate/development
- Critical dates - with alerts/reminders that link (possibly) to Outlook
- Input options that change whether it is "House and Land" or "Unit"
- Person responsible
- Reporting on every element e.g. Client Report; Estate Report; Sales Report etc.
- Database provides ability for "pre-population" of fields
We are currently using a very basic Excel spreadsheet and have uploaded it to give bidders a better idea of the information required.
