1. First we are uploading buyer's order information into helpdesk system.
We collect this information from our internal website. e.g. [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and others as well as from venues such as Amazon, Ebay, etc.
2. Buyer visits our website and performs 2 activities.
Activity 1. Check "Track your order" option to get order status.
Activity 2. Buyer may contact helpdesk operator via. medium such as online
chat, skype call or enquiry email. Helpdesk operator checks buyer's
information from the helpdesk system and accordingly helpdesk operator
replies to buyer via same medium.
3. We verify buyer information using buyer name, order id and email id.
4. We are looking for a individual/agency, who can create a Frontend and Backend HelpDesk Support System Application.

Assume you are buyer and I am helpdesk operator..
You as buyer visit website [login to view URL] where you can track your order
now step 1:
you visit my website and click on "Track your order" option
you enter order id , your name and your email id
after click on track you will get results
now step 2:
when you see results you find some problem or queries.. so you want to contact company
so on [login to view URL] website , you find option of chat, email and skype call
you select any medium let say you selected chat option,
now you chat your queries with helpdesk operator
helpdesk operator intially asked you some information such as order id , your name and your email id
you provided this information with queries
now step 3:
helpdesk operator check your information into system and accordingly he will reply you via same medium (chat)
note: helpdesk operator always send an request to system using order id , your name and customer email id to retrive data
