II would like a several modifications done. The requirements are:
1.) Deliver modified OSTicket code and instructions to set up on our server (windows based)
2.) Start with the modification at: [login to view URL]
3.) Require login to post ticket (this system will be used internally only - delete public access)
4.) Auto populate user info in ticket request (email, Full Name)
5.) Remove phone, Ticket Source (required in default install)
6.) Enable attachments
7.) Notify users on having been assigned ticket (should be in system currently)
8.) Update all users after changes made to ticket (cc, owner, and dept manager)
9.) Test all functionality as working in your test environment (including mail method)
10.) Demo the software to me in your test environment
11.) Deliver usable code and instructions - payment upon successful implementation on our end
Key feature enabled. We need to be able to set up a .cc (if possible on the ticket request AND on the ticket edit). Both users and admins will need to be able to add a user on .cc that will receive all future messages (email). I am aware that there are modules that will accomplish outlined above, however - we need them to be quality tested and verified by you/your team. If it will provide cost savings, I can provide you with the install we are currently using (minus database - that is 80% complete, but does not email).
