3) Server Expansion and Database Planning to support user base growth
4) Prepare Test Environment for developers
5) Skilled with Server Side Scripting
6) Skilled in PhP and Python
7) Expert on Database Memory, Storage, and I/O internals
8) Familiar with agile software development processes
9) Familiar with Unix Platform Server
10) Advanced to Expert level in writing APIs
Bonus:
1) JavaScript
2) AJax
3) JQuery
4) Joomla knowledge is a plus
