I need a software program built for our Video/Photo booth company. In the past we have been doing everything manually and would now like a to have things a little easier. I have had the below project quoted already and large corporations in Dubai have quoted me between 900-1200$ which is out of our current budget so I thought we could save some money using a freelancer. All the work is already planned out, all you would need to do is figure out the tech parts and enhance our pre-chosen images and make a admin page to control everything.
Summary- The program should run on Microsoft windows on a Hp TouchSmart, so obviously all options should be set up as to work with a touchscreen. The software will be like a photo booth but will main do videos with a few sections to enter personal information. We will also have a music option where songs will play and the person in front of the booth will dance/sing along.
Below is a flow chart of what will happened when a guest approaches the booth.
They will choose from the following two buttons: 1) Video 2) Music
1) Video- They will first except the disclaimer * They will then enter their name, email address, & relationship to the host (the corporate package will have a different relationship option) (one of the our packages will not require any personal information) * A count down to three pictures will be taken * A count down to a video recording (length of video is as per my requirements in the admin section) * play back option, guest will then except or choose to rerecord * a Question will then pop up asking something like “can your video b uploaded on YouTube?” (the disclaimer earlier wil mention that all of the pictures can be publicized if the host of the event chooses & once the host receives the DVD of the video they are free to do what they want with it) if they choose yes it will then ask them if they would like to record a music video that will later be edited for the host. Once they are finished they will have the option to record their CDR as per the package deal.
2) Music- They will first except the disclaimer- if they go to music video section through the video section this will not b shown * music (pre-chosen) will begin. There will be a time line what I can control where the video starts & ends on spot, not every person will have the whole song play for them.
CDs- The cd’s that will be burnt will consist of three aparts. 1- The intro/toast from the host that will be incorporated in all of the cd’s (corporate events will be able to enter their company profile/commercial. 2- the recording as per the guest. 3- a very short commercial of our company.
Below are the specifications we require.
- It is very important that we have one large file titled as per the event, then after person X enters their details, takes their picture, & records their video that all these points will be saved in one file that will be titled under their names. The contact details can be transformed to any document form.
- The music videos can be all saved in one file called music. It does not need to be titled.
- Admin system that is able to control the below
Length of video recording
How many pictures are taken
Change the frame of the pictures/ change the background of the screen as per the company or guest host desire
Adding a personal message on the bottom of the video- like the name of the birthday girl/boy
Change the options as per the package
Choose what music video that is required
All stage has a back option
All stages have the option to end. For example for guests that only want to have their pictures taken.
- We are planning on having a light source on the hp screen, there should be a controller option also
- Same for the microphone
