ASSESSMENT AND FEEDBACK APPLICATION AND WEB BASED CONTROL PANEL
Module 1:
We are looking for Assessment tool which will be installed in Android based Tablet Devices. There will be questions in this assessment tools with multiple options to select. The participants will fill the assessment using Android Devices. The Application and Web Based panel should be in two languages (Arabic and English)
All the Users must have there Unique ID provided
Android application should be able to work offline and sync with web based administrator panel where all the data will be synced for every user and consolidated report will be generated for every user. As soon as we connect the android device with wireless internet the results should sync automatic.
One copy of results should be saved in the android device as well which should be accessible by the administrator only.
Web based panel should calculate the total scores set for every question.
Should show the total number time taken for user. (Start and End Time)
So basically we need the following
• Android Application having Questions Bank
• Web Based Control panel to manage the questions and user management, which should sync with android application automatic.
• Administrator should able to manage the questions and set the score for each question.
• Administrator should able to add remove users.
• Administrator should able to set the language in device (Arabic and English.)

Module 2:
Feedback form application to be install in android tablet devices with Text fields and 1 to 10 rating option. We should able to install in the devices and access offline without internet. When the devices connect to internet, the feedback should automatically sync with web based control pane, where admin should able to see all the feedbacks by user.
The reporting tool should be very intelligent, online control panel should provide different type of reports. Like consolidated feedback report by all the users and Total calculation of the 1to 10 rating average and NPS formula.
This tool should in multi language (Arabic / English)
Before we handover devices to users to fill the feedback we should be able to set the Event ID, so the feedbacks with be sync with Events ID online.
We should be able to add / remove events in online panel. System should generate auto Event ID to be added in device application.
When handover to users, users should not able to access any default installed applications in Android device.
They should able to see the FULL PAGE feedback page only.
