Fix for OSCommerce Paypal Orders not being logged into system

**Problem in detail:** When the customer gets to /cart/[login to view URL], chooses Paypal and then clicks continue, they are sent to Paypal. At this point, no notification is sent to the customer or the merchant. They continue with payment through Paypal correctly. At the final payment page there is a 'Return to Merchant' button in the bottom right corner of the page. At this page they have paid the merchant, however, the OSCommerce cart has no idea it is completed unless the 'Return to Merchant' button is clicked. As soon as that button is clicked, the customer and merchant recieve email notification and the order is placed in the database. A full step by step account of what fixes/changes you do will be required by me so I have them for future reference. This project is very urgent **VERY IMPORTANT: ** **1. You must create this fix using your own** **development or QC environment** ** 2. You must write step by step instructions of how to install the fix (edits) so that i can uninstall if needed** The problem is not all customers are clicking this button. Instead they are just closing the browser. They are paying but the merchant has no record of the order. Big problem. i need this completed ASAP, 1 week max (7 days) for you to complete this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
