Home Networking for 2 XP computers - Need Today!

I need somone to help me set up two computers. Computer 1 has windows xp media edition installed. It is set up to work with mediacom cable modem. Works fine. Then I get a second computer and a router. I hook up computer 1 to the router. Works fine. I hook up computer 2, renew ipconfig,restart and it doesnt work.
I have both computers set up to share files. However, I do not see anything relating to computer 2 on computer 1. I do see c driver for computer 1 on computer 2 as being shared. But when I click it will not allow access.
I have done all the routine things one needs to do to set up. Need someone to check my work and find the glitch.
Computer 1 is working through through the router. I am able to access the internet. But I am not able to acess files on computer 2. Computer 2 can not access any files on computer 1, print or use internet services.
So, I need someone to chat with me to set up both computer 1 and computer 2 to "speak with each other". Computer 2 needs to be able to access the printer on computer 1. And we need to be able to access the internet through computer 2 as well as computer 1.
I need help with this immediately. I am available at any time to get this done.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
