I have supporttrio help desk suite installed on my hostgator dedicated server. Supporttrio have already installed the software but I still need the following done:
1. setup the recommended crons according to their installation guide
2. I have the software setup on a generic "easysupportdesk" domain so I can use it for 4 of my websites. Because of this I will need a seperate satellite desk and "department" setup for each business and the parsing/piping setup for an email address for each business (ie. business1 at easysupportdesk dot com, business2 at easysupportdesk dot com) When tickets are submitted from each satellite desk they are assigned to that "department"
Basically I want support trio to be a generic support desk that can be used for all of my businesses..
Full documentation on how to set this stuff up is on the supporttrio website. Shouldnt be that difficult for someone that knows what they are doing.
