123417 Transfer Oscommerce to Server

Hi, I have an Oscommerce website that needs to be transfer to another server. I have a list of categories I created on the existing website but once the website is transfer to the other server I will also need to enter product, pictures and prices which I have on 2 rar files and a word document. Is "not" a lot. I'm very late on this project so I will need this done "today" the latest, Please "DO NOT BID" if you don't have the time for this or are involved in many other existing projects.
