Help for testing multimedia message DLL component

Hi, i'm developing a full set of multimedia message (MM1) DLL components from creating gprs connection to dialup to smil composition to mms encoding, uploading mms to mmsc over wap, to download mms, decoding mms, etc. 50% of the dlls are completed with the rest ready in about 1 week time, and i need someone to help test and suggest features. I also need good advice on how to make the dll more user friend for software developers. (If there's any software work as a result of your recommendation, you will be invited to bid for the job as well.) The coder hired to development dlls has also created a cli demo app in VC++ for me to do initial testing. I'll pay a fixed amount for each bug found and a suggested feature that will be incorporated. Please write in your experience in the area of mms software usage and development (it's not necessary for you to have VC++ or even programming capability - you can test the cli demo app). Bidders with access to gprs modems and mobile plans with mms/gprs are preferred. Note: Pls do not place a bid if you are not familiar with mms software and have not used mms services as i would end up spending more time verifying the bug reports than if i were to do the testing myself.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
