Retreive hashtag starter (creator) in Twitter

Hi, "I understand your requirements" (since you asked to quote this). I have extensive experience in collecting and analyzing tweets for my Thesis. In this case I would advise to use the ‘streaming API’. I could deliver code which would run on a WAMP or LAMP environment. But I must warn you that it is not possible retrieve historical results, my solution would only monitor and save user data if it encounters it in real time, that means that if you wish to monitor for hastag #something, it will collect the user data of the first person who uses the hashtag #something, but it is likely that somebody has usedin the past too. I do not know of any solution to overcome this. Moreover I have to warn you that there are rate limitations when using the Twitter API’s

Let me clarify your requirement: input : - hashtag output : - first user - creation date (older than 1 day or not) I already have twitter API in my computer, just need to modify it a little to adjust your requirement. But, twitter API had its limitation, it can only fetch tweet that isn't older than a week. So if the hashtag is older than a week, it won't give the first user, instead it will give the tweet of a user that is not older than a week. Feel free to discuss this with me :) I'm ready to take this project.
