Email Account Creator Program for office employees

I have 200 plus employees that are in need of hotmail accounts. Since it takes forever to manually create these accounts, I'm interested in obtaining a quote for a program that will automate the creation of several account names at once. I would like a feature where 2 or 3 keywords can be entered that will be included in the account name. This would be used for CompanyName, Location#, Dept#, etc .. Maybe this cant be done. If not, I'll post a bid for someone to create all these accounts manually for me.
