VB .NET CE Data Entry

I have started developing this package myself, but have run out of time and hair to pull out. It's a pretty simple data entry application for CE .NET 4.2 devices which will have a login form (not done), a data selection form (for identifying locations - part done) and two types of data entry form, one with a datagrid (part done) and one with dedicated buttons on a graphical display bmp (bitmap created) . I would describe this as 3/4 finished although the developer may wish to bin my code as I am not an experienced .net programmer! The application must be written in VB .NET, I have used a SQL CE database. It accepts some XML from a desktop application via activesync which consists of a 'template' consisting of 5 tables. This code has been written, but as a standalone project. It can be called by a RAPI function but I don't want it to show on the Programs menu. It go in the main application if a parameter could be passed to it (don't know how to do this). One table holds login info, another details of pipelines. The user selects a pipeline from a drop down list and a location (from another table). The user specifies a new date (calendar control) of collection or selects from existing dates already entered on the device. The new date code and dropdown are written the existing date isn't. Values are entered with either of the data entry forms (see attached) and these values from into two tables which are subsequently written back to the desktop app via XML (not done). The template and entered data will live on an SD card. I copied the XML and imported to the .sdf database in memory for speed. I'm looking for an experienced .NET Compact Framework coder to use his experience to finish this application and build an install routine (which can be run over activesync). There are some other things required in the app (GPS location) which I plan to do, however, if I'm pleased with the project I may well agree a price to do some of this other work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows CE 4.2
