My splitter bar in a SSTab

I need to modify VB source code containing controls (two ListViews among others), that are currently working in a splitter window and put them in an SSTab. Splitter window would size itself to the initial SSTab instead of the whole form (as it is now). There also is are a couple labels that need to move with everything as well as a button that toggles the bar to the top or the bottom. Also, this is for Visual Basic 6. This is too complicated for me, but to a seasoned VB coder, this should be easy money. Please see attached executable for a better understanding of what I need and additional information. Source code will be provided of the attached executable. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows NT/2K/XP (project not really OS specific) ## Deadline information Please finish within 5 days of bid acceptance. I didn't enter a Delivery Deadline because it doesn't make sense in my case. Also, I know this is a strange request, but you should be fluent in english so we can communicate with little hassle.
