180356 Form to PHP with CAPTHCA

I've got an HTML form already created. What I'm wanting to do is have this form processed using PHP. It's a simple task I think... only one draw back, I'm not really good with PHP. :( So, for someone who knows what they're doing with PHP... can get this done easily. There is around 12 to 14 fields. I would like the form to be processed with PHP and have the CAPTCHA ability enabled. If possible, I would like the captcha color matching that of the site. There are required fields, that once clicked and the field(s) are not entered, a "Required" is placed either next to or above the missing field. Like shown in the sample image. I would like this form to be sent to one address and BLANKED CARBON COPY (BCC) to another Address. Once the form is submitted, it will display what was submitted and send the sender a copy of what he/she submitted along with the other 2 email addresses.
