7025 Clone of FINDAPIX

Hello there, I would like a clone of the [login to view URL] website/system. I would like this to include the user registration, ability for users to upload multiple pictures to a profile (their own personal webpage on the site), a rating poll (similar to the basic one on [login to view URL]), etc. I welcome any and all suggestions for the type of database/programming language to be used in this project. Also, if this project is done to my specifications and in the allotted time (the sooner the better), I will definitely hire you again to do any future modifications to the site which I will need to do in the near future. Keep in mind, bid quickly, and I will go over each and every bid very carefully, because time is of the essence for this particular project!
