Complaint Forum Needed in wordpress or joomla

We want complaint website like complaintboard [dot] in. We want to develop this in wordpress or joomla. Admin side. ------------------- In admin side We should search users by user name & Email ID. we should be able to delete the complaints. while deleting the page error might come for that. Only the complaints should be deleted & not that topic. Dashboard with number of complaints posted & user registered must be needed. Functions in admin side ---------------------------------- Email Should go when someone replies to that complaints or post any updates. Member Side. ------------------- Overall design is needed. Can use any wordpress plugin. Member login panel is needed like in consumer complaints website. He can delete his complaints. Once he login into member area. He should get the view of complaints he posted. There can delete [login to view URL] deleting the page error might come for that. Only the complaints should be deleted & not that topic. Once if the comlaint is successfully posted. In success page of that complaint. There should be facebook sharing option for that complaint. recent posted complaints are needed
