557194 Craigslist ad with minor web design

The purpose of the craigslist ad is to refer prospective employees to a site where they can apply for employment. I don't own the site that hosts the online application([login to view URL]). My site is [login to view URL], and I need the aforementioned application to display within my site along with the following: for the ad: -a link that displays a .pdf of a recent financial statement -an 'apply now' link that takes users to my site for the online application - a nice graphic that shows either businessmen of different ethnic backgrounds wearing trucking hats, or having a semi-truck in the background. -a blue based ad design with blue buttons/ white text, and dynamic graphics and. - my text and slogans -a link that allows users to download an application for either a driver application, or a financing application.
