css job for website menu

Hi, I have already completed part of this job, but it is has caused problems on my site & loss of content. I have a website that allows me to change the background of each category. I need to change the menu colours too to match the background. I have already done one of the menus for each category. However, I would also like a some css script written for the custom style sheet for the category/navigation menu, the top menu & the footer. I would like someone who has a lot of experience with this as I am very worried about problems with the site because of the changes in the custom style sheet. I would like it to be written in a way that I can go back after & change the colour codes to experiment with the look. However, the first time I would prefer somebody to complete all the menus & codes for me. Thanks
