We want to build an online GPS tracking platform on a dedicated server running on Python or PHP and HTML5. Our GPS trackers send their location via CSV, which we are going to display visually using the Google Maps API.
The user will be able to customize his own “dashboard”, changing profile picture, the order of the maps being displayed, background picture and several other things in order to have a better user experience.

Configuration of the GPS trackers over-the-air via SMS
The user will be able to generate a link from his account, giving permissions to other people to see certain maps. He will be able to choose which information to share - for example one week of tracking information - and anyone who has the link will be able to see the information through the link. The user will customize this link, changing its wallpaper and templates.
The user will be able to organize his dashboard the way he wants, moving and scaling maps in a 3X3 grid.
Based on two variables - time and location - the user will be able to program custom alarms. We have found 64 different possibilities for the user to make. For example:
If my device does not enter this place, before this hour, send an e-mail to this person with this message.
The platform needs to be able to send SMS and Emails to the users.
The GPS tracker has a button on the side. The use will be able to program what function this button will have - be it a panic button, a “I arrived OK button” or a checkpoint button.
The checkpoint button means the user will be able to drop pins on the places where he goes and presses the button. For example, a salesperson will click the tracker when he arrives at a customer’s location, and this location will be saved on his account. He will be able to edit information about this customer as well.
Project delivered in less than 50 days.

We are attaching a couple of pictures of how we are thinking about it. (Just the concept).
We want a team developing this, not a single person.
The team needs to speak perfect english or spanish - you will not be considered otherwise.
