Demonstration a webpage with functionallity of querying information from travel websites

We want to create awareness about organic farming. And, for those who are really interested we want to facilitate a hands-on experience doing the organic farming. Therefore, we would like to create a simple website for this purpose. We want to provide our online audience with (a) information on organic farming and, (b) help them find "cheap logistics" to reach some organic farms in Germany. By cheap logistics we mean, for example, find a car pool for transport and airbnb for accommodation. Development of this website will be taken in two steps by us - (1) Demonstration and (2) Final Launch. It is for '(1) Demonstration' that we are soliciting bids. We want the successful bidder to demonstrate to us the possibility of providing our online users with "cheap logistics" functionality. We are not that interested in the graphical looks of our website at this moment. So we only expect a basic demonstration of the functionality where based on a user query, our website can further query on car-pooling website like 'mitfahrgelegenheit(dot)de' and accommodation website like 'airbnb(dot)com' and return the user with a combination of car-pooling and accommodation options. Please respond with your answers to the following questions: 1) Do you have examples of similar projects you've completed? 2) What web technologies will you choose for this project? 3) Can you find and use APIs for 'airbnb' and 'mitfahrgelegenheit' in order to get the queried data? Or would you use RSS Feeds or Web Scraping? We are looking forward to hear from potential candidates and are willing to address any questions or comments. As we mentioned earlier, we do not want a complete website yet. That comes later. First we need the successful bidder to demonstrate us the feasibility of providing "cheap logistics" functionality for our website. This functionality is vital to the success of our idea and our website.
