Drupal development & design

We're a start-up with a web app with its back end functionality nearly fully developed. It's a Drupal site with quite a bit of custom code. It is a social networking website. We need front-end work to make the site polished and rendered professional (cosmetic changes) before launch. We also to complete bug fixing and add a few remaining features, the main ones of which is implementing a user search function (search of entire user database). Consultants tell us the work shouldn't take more than a week. More details will of course be divulged when project is awarded.
