Drupal and PHP website development

We're looking for help with two different websites:
- A well-established but dated PHP site
- A separate Drupal site, which was built in 2011 on a template and slightly customized.
Ideally we would like one person to help with both sites, but are happy to consider a different specialist for both sites.
We need help in the short-term with several small projects on both sites, but we will also be looking for a partner (or partners) who can provide ongoing support on an ad hoc basis going forward.
The immediate Drupal project consists of:
1. Adding new style options for text content (our current template options are very limited)
2. Creating a small number of new sections on the site
3. Creating new permissions levels so we can offer different subscribers access to different parts of the site. We already have several permission levels, but need to add extra granularity
4. Integrating the site registration process with (a) a third party e-commerce store (b) a third party email management site
The immediate PHP site project consists of:
1. Redesigning our home page and half a dozen other pages. (Our requirements are pretty simple: the site is mostly text-based today)
2. Providing ad hoc technical support for the next six months for the entire site. The site is mature and stable, so this work is mostly to help the business with site changes for sales and marketing purposes
3. Integrating the site with a third party e-commerce store and third party event registration store
We have offices in different countries and are flexible in our working arrangements - we are usually able to partner with people who work both conventional and unconventional hours.
We will be looking for existing customer references prior to entering into any agreement.
