Facebook contest + custom develop application

Hello, we have the following facebook page. [login to view URL] with 11000 likes. We want to triple the number of likes rabidly. What we need: (1)contest application new Tab "Refer a friend and win Skroutz Deals" (this should work as contest and each friend(B) of the member(A) of fan page that LIKE our fan page [login to view URL] then the member(A) will win 1 credit. The more credit a member(A) have the more change to win a Skroutz Deal at the end of the week. The way the tab should work is: The members of the fan page should have two options a) click a button and post on their wall the tab "Refer a friend and win Skroutz Deals" b) invite one by one or all your friends to this contest and win more Skroutz Credits. Again The more credits a member have the more change to win a Skroutz Deal. In the properties of this application we want to be able to add and remove the Skroutz Deals photos with descriptions for the contest. And at the end of the week sunday 20:00 after automatically lottery 3 (this is variable) skroutz fan page members(winners) of the Skroutz Deals should be automatically informed about the news! (2) LIKE PAGE Redesign of the LIKE PAGE [login to view URL] What we want here a new automatic mechanism (smarter) and attractive fan page front cover that meets the new facebook sizes, and new way and redesign of the deal page (Page with all the deals) that appears after visitors click on LIKE button.
