File Storage - Site Design

I want a template for the script "Oxishare" . It should look professional like other hosting sites like: http://cloudnxt.net. Will be providing the script or even FTP details in order to work on the site directly.

Theme : White/Grey ( Clean , Stylish , Elegant ) | Base on the concept "cloud storage / secure storage"

Control : I have no idea on how should it look like, so designer have the chance to express the creativity.

Addition : Only have few request on specify page(s).

The script is php driven please take a look at their site for more info on the script. And please check also the Admin Panel and the Member Panel.

Sorry for low budget, so i allow this task to be complete in longer time. 2 to 3 weeks will be no problem. Suitable for those freelancer who already have some job in their hand.
