38570 fix template issues

·My website is powered by cube cart which is a shopping cart script using the Xtemplating system. You task is to fix all the issues on my site. I have indicated the obvious ones in the screenshots. However, I expect you to have professional design skills to be able to identify inconsistencies and unprofessional design problems and fix them. You must have a good eye for details and be very thorough at browsing the website paying attention to fonts, alignments. I.e I want all product titles to start at the same X,Y postion. I want all contents in all pages to start at the same X,Y position. Consistency is the key. ·I would like all the fonts in my website to be of the same style and consistent. But I think the fonts in certain parts of my website are too small and these need to be fixed. I have indicated the obvious one in the screenshots. I am open to a different standard font, I think the current font may not be very readable. ·I think the buttons in my website are ordinary and could be better. However again all buttons must be consistent throughout the website. Also all hover and active links must be of the same style throughout the website. ·All pages in the site must be XHTML validated and all warning and errors fixed. You are only responsible for the template and so warnings created by data within the template can be ignored. There are only about 5-6 unique template pages in this site, so this should not be a difficult task. So in a nutshell looking for a VERY competent XHTML and CSS designer with many years of experience behind them that is very thorough with their job and leaves no stone unturned. Someone who can deliver in time and keep good communications throughout the project. Prefer someone who can communicate through msn. I will provide you with a test FTP site to complete the job. Please take a careful look at the screenshots and browse through the website [login to view URL] looking for further issues and bid with an appropriate deadline and fee. I think you will find that a lot of the issues are fairly minor, so please no outrageous bids. However, I cannot stress enough. I want someone who is proactive, has a good eye for details and consistency, good communications, can work with me to address all the issues and can deliver in time! Issue1: Font is not readable. Make all fonts consistent in style and readable wherever necessary throughout the website. Issue2: Vertical spacing is too large. Also make the navigation stand out a bit more at the moment it's the same as the contents. Issue3: shopping basket does not line up correctly. Also convert the dashed line to a faint solid line. Also the shopping cart does not perfectly line up with the searchbox sides. Issue4: I think this is too heavy for the website and needs to be toned down Issue5: There are faint vertical lines behind the banner. This needs to be removed. Issue6: Takes too much room and needs to be centered within the gap. Perhaps break it to two lines, one line is the greeting. Issue7: Make the title of the products bold Issue8: Draw a gift certificate image of the same size as the other thumbnails. I this for thumbnail, normal size. Issue9: Again font is not readable. Make all fonts consistent in style and readable wherever necessary throughout the website. Issue10: Unwanted gray bar on the left of the search box Issue11: Make all buttons better looking and consistent throughout the website. Issue12: Make the pagination on the right hand side of the previous line. So whole contents move up. Please match title X,Y positions so they are consistent with all the other pages Issue13: Photo does not line up with other photos in title is one line. Issue14: Please make this button to the far bottom right hand side of the box Issue15: This page has XHTML errors maybe it is the cause of this, but there is corruption in the page as seen in screenshot. Issue16: Font is wrong and X position must match with the pagination on the top of the page. Issue17: Right margin is larger than the left margin between page border and large image Issue18: Again font is not readable. Make all fonts consistent in style and readable wherever necessary throughout the website. Issue19: Links are inconsistent with rest of website Issue20: Links are inconsistent with rest of website Issue21: Too much vertical spacing between “you might also like” and photos Issue22: Incorrect color should be same gray and vertical top spacing Issue23: Incorrect color should be same gray and vertical bottom spacing Issue24: Inconsistent button Issue25: Unwanted double gray line Issue26: Font again is unreadable and too much whitespace Issue27: Those links should probably be textual css buttons to be consistent with rest of the website Issue28: This ugly gray bar spoils the page Note there are probably more issues but I expect you to thoroughly browse through the site and look for inconsistencies and make improvements. However, I think this list should cover 90% of the issues.
