Fix my website problems (need urgent help)

I am facing following problems and need services for some expert:
the first problem in the live articles....select live article.
if you select any article for put it on the hot articles or article of the week or Editors Picks .....thate is not working .....
second problem is when you click on " change all " it doesn't continue the order...and takes you in the [url removed, login to view] page
3rd problem....you can send massege to the users and you don't recieve massege form the users
to verified it you must try to send massege to all users, and go to my account like users ....and try form there to send to the admin.
