I am looking for an experienced programmer in Gallery2 that will make some modifications to the G2 script. I have already done a 50% of the modifications, but i'm lacking time, so i need someone to finish it. This are minor modifications.
The website's main idea is to serve as a photo album for user's, where they can upload their pictures and share them with friends and family. And to make it easy and user friendly for friends and family to access those pictures.
Everything is based on the excellent Gallery2 platform.
So i have been modifying a theme to fit my requirements but now i need some minor programming, which i don't have more time to do.
What i need is the following:
1.- Fix the current login page ([url removed, login to view])
2.- Modify the navigation scheme to fit something like flickr's picture navigation layout (picture to the top left side, icons on top of the picture, prev/next navigation with small thumbs on the right side, and add comment fields on the bottom side.)
3.- Permit every registered user to have their own personalized URL of their albums or space... depending on what's possible. (ex. [url removed, login to view] ) or other format that can be possible.
4.- Create an invite step in the registration process (i will provide contact importers) and add this invite to the icons at navigation too. or share link)
5.- Fix some installation problems with the upload applet... (just some missing image magick or ffmpeg) just check
6.- Reduce thumbnail image size, and separation between them… (just like flickr )
Please provide links with examples of previous gallery Works, or portfolio. Be sure not to provide portfolio with corporate websites, only related work please.
The website is currently in Spanish, if you have problems with this language, then we can setup another language for this site.
Ok if we have to summarize the work, then it's mostly cosmetical and simple. Just imitate the look and feel of the [url removed, login to view] platform (layout, css, colors, tables and the navigation box) using the Gallery2 functions, which can be done by rearranging items. Work is 50% done.
