I hate forms... I save them for the last in any project and then I procrastinate around them.
I need two ajax forms on one page. I want them to use ajax because I want them to send the form info without making the page reload. This way, if people want to fill out the second form they can.
The two forms will be side by side. Need them to be tableless, xhtml, css, validated, semantic, and with proper lables, fieldset, and legend tags. If you don't know what all that is, don't bid.
They are both for a real estate site. One will be for buying and the other for selling. They aren't really complex. Probably around 20 textfields each with a couple of check boxes. They are going to be rather similar. Need to make sure certain fields are required, like name/email/phone, etc.
I will be styling them myself with css.
The form processor needs to send a confirmation email back to the visitor, and I'm trying to decide if I should log the form results into a db.
If you have any samples of ajax forms or ajax work, then I would like to see them.
