HTML5 Webpage for a startup

We have a successful startup that is coming out of it's incubator. Very soon the startup will launch a great iPhone and iPad application. Since, we do not have a product to disclose yet, currently we are in need of the following: 1. A great, simple Webpage that is done in HTML 5. The Webpage must be extremely attractive, have modern design, look and feel. Must have smooth fonts, colors and a unique design. The webpage will be having a countdown timer to our company launch date. We should be able to set the date ourselves at any point of time. This is just one Webpage and nothing more - NO Sitemap, NO Contact us, NO About ... nut nothing. We will provide content once the bid is accepted. 2. Design a company logo - Logo must be simple yet attractive. It should be a unique logo that can be registered. Finally, We will ask you to do revisions and you should be willing to do at least 7 revisions.
