Introductions Website design/development

I am looking for a website designer to design and buy a professional website and logo a new business venture. The website is for an international introductions service (marriage bureau).
The site should be creative and very professional. Please, only talented web/graphics designers with creativity and imagination should apply. No pre-made templates please, the site must be original.
Budget
Our Budget for this project is US$300.00. No bids over that budget will be considered. When bidding please submit some examples of your previous work.
Specification
Please take a look at the attached specification document for more detailed information.
Timescales
We would expect this project to be completed within 10 days of the agreed start date. Please indicate in your bid an outline plan for the work detailing how you will meet the 10 day development window. Please also indicate what date you could commence work on the project.
Project Communication
We will expect a daily emailed progress report. Bidders who are English speakers and who are contactable by phone will be given preference. Please indicate in your bid if you are contactable by phone.
Reference Sites
Please provide evidence of your previous work when you bid. We are only interested in working with designers/developers with a positive feedback track record on GetAFreelancer. Bids with no references to previous projects will not be considered.
