Joomla implementing K2 real estate website

I want to create a real estate gps enabled mobile app that needs input from the K2 extension in Joomla. Unfortunately, I am not good with the K2 extension in Joomla. The real estate website with the K2 extension would among other things have input 'forms' (property listing information, Google maps functionality-directions and maps...KML/GeoRSS data , photos and photo slider, events from Google calendar e.g. open house days etc) that will help generate content for the mobile app. So basically, I need a Joomla website running K2 extension to collect content (and also run the back end of the app) which is then used to provide data to the mobile app. If you have built a website in Joomla using K2 extension, I want to work with you. On website, no Flash, Pop Up Windows, Frames, Java, Drop Down Navigation, Sliding/Scrolling Content, & Streaming Video/Audio I will provide further info to those who have portfolios implementing K2 extensions in joomla. Previous experience creating a rea lestate website is an added advantage. This job needs to be done by 31st March i.e 7 days after the bidding ends
