Joomla webdesigner for clean up & updating of website

US company with existing older Joomla website needs a few pages updated and modernized. The site looks old. The site uses a frame at the top and on the left hand side. This is what really needs to be updated. We probably need some of the internal pages need a few clean up tweak about 12 pages. This should not take long. We may want to add a few moving graphics (flash?) on the main page. The logo also looks dated. There is a blog on the site that needs to be reactivated we would need instructions how to post to the blog each day. We need a minor change to the Godaddy shopping cart. We also need to add two pages to the site. I will provide text and 2 images for the one pages. We regularly need to tweak it a little bit, so are looking for someone to do little bits and pieces on a regaular basis. Most of these take only a few minutes to take care of. We are looking for a developer to work with on a longer term basis. We need about 3 more small web sites put together that are fairly simple. One will have a sign up form. We need someone who is fluent in English to work on the site and who is the contact person.
