I need someone do design and code a custom Joomla! template. The template will be relatively simple (no major graphic designs). I really like this template: [login to view URL] . The template that I want you to make must be simmilar, but not just copied. I have quite a lot of requirements (changes), that I need you to include in the template design. If I wish to sell this template later, I need to have all it's rights (the rights to the template will be transfered to me via a Intellectual Property Contract). So, what does this mean? Well, it means that you won't be able to use this template in your portfolio and It'll be just as if I created it. The budget of this project is pretty low, but if you do a good job, then I have several more projects for you. If you do NOT wish to give me all of the template's rights, then please don't bid.
