1. customer selects from the choices his need and the system would auto suggest the traders and their cost of services
2. customer can just post his need and the traders would bid on the need of customer ( like reverse auction)
3. customer can also buy out the pre existing offers that traders have places
there is a payment involved and storing of credit cards details
there is a free and paid membership for traders and customers
there is a ranking system for traders

doctor to doctor communications also like a forum
a e learning has to be self made and not by using some software subscription like moodle where we have recurrent payments. moreover its has to be standardized to SCROM or AICC
