A mobile website that would run locally on a Android device. The website must have a user interface of buttons. The buttons correspond to parts of a form (taken from a paper form). When the user presses a button the website allows the user to enter the data for that part of the form. One of the form's parts is a signature. The website should accept a signature from a signature device and/or touch screen. When the user is done entering info (not all buttons will be used all the time), he/she can save the data onto the android device. I think I want the data saved as an xml text file. Multiple sets of data should be able to be saved to the xml text file. The website should have a button to upload the saved data that the user can press when he/she has internet connectivity (the website is to be used with and without internet connectivity). The saved data is "uploaded" by calling a php script on a web server. The xml data should be passed to the server's php script. Is this possible? How much would it cost? How would you run the php on the Android? How long would it take to develop?
