I have many csv text files that need to be imported into a mysql database.
Once they are imported then I need to produce and export a csv text file that is my mailing list (name, company name, address, city, state, zip).
The exported mailing list needs to be created based on certain queries like sorting each field (ascending/descending), if something is blank then omit, and to allow free form sql queries.
so the functions are:
1) import my files
2) merge the newley imported file into the master database list and convert the date to a proper date field
3) make exports for mailing lists based on certain criteria like date, total number of list (i.e. if I only want a list of 200 or less), not to export and blank records, and to select the proper mailing address (select first owner mailing address if that is blank then select business mailing address)
4) save exports (reports) for future use
