140848 Migrate site, reskin

I have a social network website that runs a customized script that I have upgraded over the past year. I need to install this script on a new site, [login to view URL], and to keep the style of the new domain, but the functionality of my current site, [login to view URL] I need to re-skin the connectsociety interface to have the colors of [login to view URL] I am looking for a very capable programmer who can also handle the CSS and web layout issues for this project. I am also seeking a regular expert programmer to help me upgrade the software in the future. Looking for a long term relationship, with a web development budget of over $5,000 in the next 3 months.
