modify shopping cart - repost

I would like to use presta shop as a CMS for a website. Or any cart that will work for this project, So mainly its cutting things or turning things off. I don't think you will be programming anything. I tried to find a script that can be used so a person can edit everything easy. A shopping cart is what I think would work the best. As far as Design I want it simple but i would like to be able to edit the header also, because if I wanted to use the script for something different I can change everything in admin with no problem. If you already have a script that is like this, please tell me? or send me the link. I'm not sure if using a cart is the best but for some reason I think it's the right choice, because you can edit everything. I want to be able to edit everything and do it easy, in the admin or control area, I want to be able to add and remove easy. I do not think a full blown CMS is needed because I want this simple as possible. thanks for viewing Marshall
