110512 Museum Website

I need some help with the re-design and implementation of a website, in the form of a museum depicting information and old pictures of cigarette papers. The site in question is located at [login to view URL] I want to port the museum section of this site to a new location and implemented with new flash style templates. I only want the museum section addressed. i already have a site to port to which can be viewed at http://www.giftshopdomain.com. The new site is in the form of an oscommerce setup (because i may decide to sell some items in the future) and the main work will be editing and implementing the new templates which are to form the basis of the new site. I attach a file example of the template, which will need to be change significantly but functionally remain as is - i can send others once i receive offers i can provide the new graphical material. In summary, the old site needs revamping and i have exceeded the webspace allocated so unable to extend. The new templates when amended will form the basic structure of the new oscommerce site. There may be some other bits and pieces i may need help with.
