Need a fix on a magento site

I need a fix in the admin panel of a magento site

I have attached a screenshot of the error that is showing up,

the items themselves on the frontend are showing up properly but in the admin they are showing the error in the screenshot.

The are supposed to be a modified custom option for dropdown options.

Please let me know if you can fix it and I will also give you some more tasks in regards to the site.

Please be reasonable with price as I am on a strict budget.
