Need last page finished for website

The website is basically already designed. The site is for online portfolios and resumes for professionals. The last page is the "Professionals" page which will need to be a database. There will be about 35 categories of professions and I want when someone clicks on a category they are taken to a page that has all the professionals under that specific category and see the professionals name and specific profession. I also need some kind of management app that I can add new professionals into the system. I may also want to have a system that the professionals can update their own pages but that is not necessary for now. I will also need the developer to add the two examples that I have to the Examples page to be clicked on and enlarged for viewing. Need someone who can make a good database for this.
